Several of the districts around W.B.P.S are skewed towards industrial development and investigation, both in terms of the refinery and the composition of the circuitry are overshadowed by a heavy mentality. A separate, brand new mezzanine level in the Boiler House is therefore set up as a library, where the encounters and changes of the past are muted by the innocence and softness of children. The individual reading spaces in the library are also a sign that the children's souls are being carefully cared for.
